spiritualenergy I now have a Dreamwidth account. I don’t know that I’ll be using it that much, but with lj’s tendency to go insane, I have it as a backup. Still, feel free to friend me over there. My username is also batmarg.
The entry isn't that long but to save your f-lists....
2)Yoda’s last Sunday as our preacher was this past one and we missed it to go to the beach….we probably look like bad people. Oh well. The new guy starts this Sunday. He’s young and really nice. And my cousin and I still haven’t got a nickname for him. (how could it top Yoda) I warned him last week, however, that my cousin and I have a tendency to (quietly) laugh through about half of every service. Told him it could be at him but it could also be anything from WT falling asleep to the guy behind us not being able to sing. I think I may have scared him….I’m still not sure why my cousin & I sit one row back from the front.
2a. Well, I just almost cussed out the copy machine in front of said new preacher.
2b. Dad just told the new preacher that “We already know stuff like not to lay out of church to fish and drink”…..we do Dad? You’re in trouble then.
2c. I'm quite excited for the new preacher. He's enthusiastic but doesn't plan to change everything. Besides, Yoda was a nice guy but I got nothing from his sermons.
3)I didn’t watch Twilight and I’m not sure I want to, but now I kinda want to see New Moon cuz I love Jacob/Bella. Thoughts? Is the actor who played Jacob good? Does anyone else think the books would be better if they centered around Jasper/Alice rather than Edward/Bella?....though I can never admit wanting to see New Moon to any of my RL friends. They’d mock me forever.
4) OMG! Mom just told me that Michael Vick who did dog fighting (which in my mind should equal 20 years minimum in prison) fed the dogs BEAGLES! What kind of bastard feeds beagles to other dogs? I wish they’d let the man rot in prison. *hugs her beagle*
5)Best news is baby Liam seems to be doing MUCH better. Neuro thinks they can ween him off the meds!! :D
