I'm the walking dead, and it ain't my Halloween costume. *is totally running on coffee*
I was up till 3:15 am to register for classes. Got all but...Intro to Poli Sci which I need for my minor, but the prof is gonna try to get me in the class.
And I love my friends for letting me stay over rather than register at 3, drive 15 minutes to trailer and then wake up at 7:30.
I tried to read school stuff. I remember nothing. B said my only sensible moment until R made coffee was when I came up with:
Campaign 2008 = AVP.
Whoever wins....We lose.

However earlier in the evening we went to Rocky Horror. Very awesome. We wore Halloween costumes too. We were Medusa(Soul Eater); a zombie, a vampire, a math nerd, and (half-assed)Batman. Guess which I was. :)
And I shall be going home around 5 to the Land of No Internets. :( I'll be back sometime Sunday.

4. If a friend or family member had an abortion, how would you feel about it? Depends on why they had it, but it’s still their right to do so
5. How do you feel about late and mid-term abortions? (where the fetus is aborted after 3 months gestation) Should’ve been done long before that, unless it’s hurting the mom or the mom had no access to the doctor during that time
6. Is hormonal contraception an abortificant in your opinion? Do you think doctors and pharmacists have the right to refuse a woman contraception if it goes against their beliefs? Yeah, but you’re basically preventing the baby; To the second question: Hell no.
7. Should rape victims be entitled to monetary damages from their attackers? If pregnant: If they are getting an abortion or need to pay to actually birth the child they should be paid for that. But not really otherwise
8. Can rapists be rehabilitated? I don’t know, but probably not
9. Should victims share any percentage of blame/responsibility in a rape? (wearing provocative clothing, leading a man on, etc.) No, the rapists should be able to keep themselves from that. If you don’t want sex it should never be forced on you…not that they helped the situation
10. Should minors be allowed to get abortions without parental knowledge? How would you feel if your own daughter did this? I’ve never really been in the situation and I have no kids, so I can’t really say.
Society:
1. Do you believe in "white privilege"? no
2. Should medical assisted suicide be made legal? Possibly under cases of constant pain
3. Do you agree with affirmative action? Not anymore, but when they first created it, those people needed it
4. Is illegal (or legal) immigration a major problem/concern to you? Depends on the number that are pouring in; but it shouldn’t threaten my future occupation (lawyer)
5. Should homosexuals and people of "alternative lifestyles" be seen differently than people of "mainstream" heterosexual lifestyle? Not in most cases; but I think that if they have kids the kids should have exposure to sensible adults of both sexes (aka parental types, or aunts and uncles)
6. Do you agree with welfare and social entitlement programs? If they CAN’T work, or try to find a job and can’t; if just lazy: no
7. Does it really "take a village" to raise a child, or is it solely the parent's responsibility and concern? It is the parents’ responsibility but child shouldn’t be sheltered
8. Should guns be controlled, banned or allowed? Controlled (better than now) For hunting or self-defense; people who committed serious crimes should never be allowed firearms
9. What do you think should be done about the homelessness problem in your city/country? I really have no clue.
10. Should mentally ill people be forced into hospitals or treatment against their will? Is it the government's/society's responsibility to care for them? If they dangerous to themselves or others, they should; if they are in anyway dangerous or have no way to care for themselves the government should get involved

1. Do you agree with current drug laws? Some of them; pot should be legalized for medical purposes; the drinking age should be lowered to 18
2. Do you think "less severe" drugs should be legalized? To an extent, at least it would lessen the hype
3. Should all drugs be legal and free from control? no
4. Do you consider alcohol less/more/equally dangerous than cigarettes? Depends on how much you consume at time
Politics:
1. Do you agree with the current government type in your country? Do you think another system would work better? I agree with it, but we could better it
2. Do you believe in high taxes to fund more societal programs? No (unless it’s on the rich)
3. What political party do you belong with or consider most representative of your beliefs? I don’t agree with either, I’m extremely moderate; I guess I’m slightly more conservative
4. Do you think government run healthcare is a good thing? If yes or no, why? In general, they may screw things up but a privately run program probably also would
5. Do you agree with the foreign policies of your country? Yeah, but we shouldn’t stick our nose in EVERYTHING
6. Do you believe in capital punishment? If it’s on a highly dangerous person (like if the Joker was real)
7. Should an 18+ year old man who has consensual sex with a 16 year old girl be labeled a sexual offender and required to register as a sex offender? What about other consensual sex acts with people below 18 years of age? If he’s 20 or younger and she’s 16 or older: no. If the girl is younger than 16: he should. He should’ve known better in such a case.

9. Should non-violent and drug offenders get less jail time and/or more treatment programs in lieu of jail? yep
10. What are your opinions on feminism? Women and men are equal, but some people take that too far

1. Should children be allowed to drop out of school? After they hit 18…but then they aren’t kids anymore and can go work; let’s not encourage our kids to be worthless members of society

3. Do you agree with physically punishing children? (spanking, switching, etc) A spanking is a good idea, but don’t BEAT the kid(spare the rod, spoil the child…but don’t break the rod or the child)

5. Should mother's on welfare be punished or prevented (mandated birth control, etc) for having more children? Not punished but prevented, if they can’t take care of themselves they shouldn’t have more kids
