So how was everyone's weekends?
My weekend ended up being more interesting than expected. I went out of town to just relax but Saturday morning Dad comes in & says: "Mom's in the hospital". I ask why. He say's "she's comotose & not responding." At first I was in shock & he just kinda walks off. I thought he meant MY mom. Then I see her walking around outside & realize he meant HIS mom. Talk about relef. This is my Grandma that has Alzheimer's, so it wasn't much of a shock then. We went & saw her today. They're not exactly sure what was wrong with her but, she's doing better.
Also, I saw The Good Shepherd(the CIA movie). It was a really intense & long movie. There was a huge web of lies you had to keep track of. But it was pretty good anyway.

I wasn't upset by the loss of my dad's mom, nor his dad...I'm horrible.

Yeah, I about died when I thought it was Mom. Grandma hasn't been doing really well in a long time so we're kinda used to it.
Nobody closely related to me has died since I was like 6 so I don't remember if I cried or not. What makes me horrible is lots of time I cry harder about some death on a tv show than with someone I actually know.(I was bawling watching some FMA)

Yeah. I'm happy to be back. Yeah, I was scared too, but she's acting as good as she ever does. Of course, she normally sees invisible people & makes comments like "My week was like a cat."

Thanks. *hugs back* I just talked to my grandad. He says she's back in the nursing home & is actually asking questions about us BY NAME. That's awesome. She doesn't even normally remember our names. So far she's doing great.

I'm sorry that I didn't get back to you on MY last LJ. You asked about hte Hellsing manga....GET IT!!!!! it's the original. vol 1-7 are out and 8 is supposed to be coming soon. GOod luck!

I did get a response at your LJ too but I guess I'll just respond here. In yours you said get them all. so I say: All? Slow down. I also wanted to try a Cowboy Bebop(cuz it's my fav. anime) & I'm not made of money. Yeah, after talking to all you LJ people I decided it was kinda sad I've seen the animes but not read any manga. In point of fact, I don't think I know but maybe 5 people personally who've read manga (& they're aren't my bestest of friends). I think I'll get mom to read some manga. She's always picked on both anime & manga but I've convinced her she should try one before she makes a decision. Course that reading backwards bit's gonna be different.
