Time for my typical weekend hiatus.

-Dad bought new craft beer to try
-Having Chinese food & new Mission Impossible tonight
-time to read
-New Downton Abbey season (I waited to watch it with mom)
-No "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" unfortunately, so Rise of the Planet of the Apes instead (I like Tom Felton. *shrugs*)

How is Downtown Abbey? I've been pondering buying it, mainly because it's Regency era with Maggie Smith and must be pretty awesome, but I think I lose interest in stuff if it's not escapist enough for me. (Part of why I can never get into ' a bunch of friends in an apartment' kind of shows.)

It's really fantastic and well done and I'd be willing to purchase it. (Though, if you have Netflix, I think it's got free streaming if you want to give it a go first.)
