Fall semester of my sophomore year at Bryn Mawr, I had no lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays. What helped me survive was a big breakfast in the morning, and Nutri-grain bars to tide me through until dinner. Granola bars, fruit, bagels, nuts, and trail mix are also good in dealing with hunger pains during the day.
